- Standard and Express Shipping Cost within Australia: Calculated at Checkout
- International Shipping: Calculated at Checkout if countries not listed feel free to contact us to receive a quote.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES
COVID-19 UPDATE: unfortunately, delivery delays affiliated with your package due to unforeseen outbreaks of COVID-19 is something out of our control, but we will try our utmost best to get your purchase delivered to you within a reasonable timeframe.
ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIME:
- Depending on location, WA standard shipping can take 3-5 days since dispatched. (Feel free to contact us if you require next day delivery within Perth Metro Region)
- Australia wide shipping will take 5-7 business days, depending on the location. Delays may be experienced due to unforeseen circumstances and may result in an estimated delivery time of 5-15 business days.
- Pre-Orders shipping can take longer than 30 days before being dispatched to consumer as this is a reserve based process. Once stock arrives it will be dispatched the next day. Unfortunately supply delays is out of our control. Please contact us if you have any inquiries before placing orders.
SIGNATURE REQUIRED AND AUTHORITY TO LEAVE (ATL)
As part of our standard delivery process, you will be required to sign for your packages. However, if you wish to have your package left in a safe place on your property, you can enter the details in the "SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR SELLER" comment box in your cart, stating authority to leave the package on property.
*We do not deliver to PO BOXES and Parcel Locker Address.
**Please note that any packages marked ATL cannot be replaced if they go missing; choosing this option is at your own risk.
ORDER LOST IN TRANSIT
Missing or undelivered parcels must be reported within 4 weeks; we are not responsible for anything beyond this date. Unfortunately, parcels can be misplaced while delivering from time to time, this is out of our control, and we are not liable for shipping companies. If contacted within the 4 weeks, we will try our utmost best to act according to our policy.
Local Pick-Up
A confirmation message will be sent when the order is ready for collection with both date and time. Please wait for confirmation message before arriving to pick-up orders.
